No Booking Charges or security deposits - payment of your first night's rental secures
your reservation.
Pay on arrival with cash, traveler checks or a major credit-card. Credit card
payments attract a 2.5% convenience fee.
Minimum stay is 5 nights.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival - no
charge! Cancel within 30 days of arrival - the deposit is forfeited.
Our Guarantee to you: If
for any reason the property allocated to you on arrival should be unsuitable for
you, we will offer you one or more alternative homes. In the unlikely event that
none of these are acceptable we will refund to you 100% of any payments made.
Please
